What is your showering routine?

For me I usually take a shower between 1 in 2 days and somtimes 1 in 3 days depending on the activities but I still use deodorant daily

First, I'm turning on the tap, waiting for water to get hot, usually takes some seconds. Then I remove anything I'm wearing, I step into the shower cubicle, after that I'm picking up shower gel. Opening it, pouring some gel in my hand, the left one. I'm applying gel on the upper part of my body and finish with the lower part. There's more to say about it, but I'll keep that for another time, I have to pee.

Doesn't it feels annoying with getting your hair wet twice each day

Yep, but I'm not going to sit around like a dirt ball. I take a shower in the morning. If I work out in the evening, as I do most days, I take another.

Yeah what about your hair does it get too dry with 2 times shampoo or the second time in the gym you don't use shampoo

I may not wash my hair when I shower in the morning and just do it after the gym.

That's actually good , so that you can remove any sweat off your scalp during workout but be careful that you don't strip away the natural moisture that keeps hair smooth and shiny
