Well I'm not a guy but, I dated a guy with a tongue piercing, ha ha it was funny because I would always start playing with it whilst making out instead of kissing him so he would get pissed off lol anywhoo I like em, but they are a bit distracting. Oh and they don't hurt apparently :) if you want one, get one, but make sure it's not just a phase

Also consider that a lot of people have trouble talking after getting a tongue piercing, which will be even more unattractive until you get used to it.

Weirdly enough, I don't like girls with tattoo's, but I think concealed piercings on women are extremely sexy as hell, tongue, nipple, belly button or vaginal piercings.

meh its OK, more of a distraction when making out...its usually a "fling" people have then get rid of it...i don't know I guess they are OK but id prefer to have just the tounge

I don't like them. I'm not a fan of piercing or tattoos on girls I date. Ears are fine, or a small tattoos somewhere hidden is OK, but I generally don't like them at all.
