What part of the world makes the best clothing in your opinion?

So I've been known to dress very nicely, because I have always loved European clothing. I always purchased male clothing from England, Italy and Ireland. As I've gotten I've gotten older, I'm inlove with Italian wool, shoes, peacoats etc.. I'm talking about causal clothing mostly.

India. Indian clothing is eye popping and beautiful, and most importantly even while dressed head to toe, they can breathe! The fabric is light yet sturdy, and can breathe skin well on a hot day
