What is the best season of the year to get a tattoo?

I've heard it's between Fall or Winter is the best because of the cool or cold weather. What's y'alls opinion and why?

Winter. You’re supposed to keep your fresh tattoo out of direct sunlight, and avoid sweating too much. So winter is ideal since you’re covered up and not sweating much due to the cold weather.

I’ll do it anytime but I guess if you choose winter you don’t have to put a lot of sunscreen on? I don't know
