Sunscreen doesn't prevent tanning, if you want to avoid a tan, stay inside.

Dermatologist often recommend a tinted moisturiser. Go to YouTube and look for Dr Dray or the Doctorly they give sunscreen recommendations

Whatever you find would suit your skin tone. Not all sunscreens are equal to everybody.
