Women with short hair (like chin or neck length) can look great, as of course can women with long hair (mid-back to waist length). Much shorter or longer than this is sort of - questionable but still is occasionally good.

I think it depends a lot on the type of hair they have and how they style it. I've seen very beautiful women with hair shorter than mine and some with hair extending past their butt. If I had to pick, I would say mid-to-upper-back is my favorite length
