Why teenage girls don't wear socks?

You can find it weird but so much teenage girls don't wear socks with their shoes. I've noticed that working in a shoe store. That's crazy !

I asked a couple of girls why they never wear socks. They said it is a cleaner look and shows more leg and also makes their legs appear longer. It's all about fashion, kinda like wearing heels. In answer to another opiner's question, YES, their feet can get stinky but like one girlfriend told me, "I don't care. As long as I like the look".

I asked them about that also. Most said they're constantly sliding off their feet throughout the day. A couple girls said they just got used to not wearing socks.

Depends on the type of shoe I would say. With a brogue yeah maybe. But when was female fashion ever sensible?

:) I think it is safest to assume if girls start dressing a particular way it because it is fashionable.

I have also reacted to this. I can't explain why I have reacted to a couple of square inches of additional female skin exposure but I have. Happy marriages might result from no socks.

My wife wears socks that are short and you can barely see them over her shoes.

A girl wearing socks is one of the most beautiful sights out there and it is criminal to not wear one

I've noticed that too they are wearing their sneakers without socks and I am wondering if their shoes ever smell..
