I have no idea. It's a trend right now that I absolutely despise. Looks ridiculous to me and trashy. It's like she forgot her shirt in the wash and it shrunk sizes too small.

Depends on the guy. Different guys have different values. I personally wouldn't want a partner that exposes her body to the public like that. in my opinion the only reason to wear exposing outfits in public is for attention.
