Some European people have darker skin like tan or brownish. are they still called as "white"?

No, those aren't white. That's the neat thing about racial discrimination. Those type of "brown skinned" people we have here as well and then the dark brown ones. However, we call them white.

The sad part is White people like those are discriminated against by the more pure pale white people.
