WItch Doctor. Doctor's scrubs, blood splattered all over them, Skeleton face with black eyes and blood red lips, press on spooky nails, fire pit burning in front yerd with "Witch Doctor" sign "The doctor is in".. Witch's hat, grey painted chicken bones, fancy black long top.
Next year, gonna have a cauldron with dry ice bubbling in it next to the fire...

  It's a big deal in New Orleans for adults and kids. I sewed several of my son's when he was little. He was Hercules a la Disney, and Link from the video game. I saved those two. For school he was a plains Indian. Not for Hallowe en, but for the study of American Indian peoples. That was best costume I ever made. It was accurate and beautiful. Those first peoples spent a lot of time making those clothes beautiful. I was sweing on cotton, not leather with beads!!!

2 years ago i was sebastian michaelis from black butler, last year i was sasuke uchiha from naruto, this year i was a werewolf (but not a costume just contact lenses and fake claws (my beard was already long and i don't need fake fangs i already have natural ones)

  Because I felt like putting a twist on crossdressing for Halloween, so instead of just dressing as a "girl" I figured a nurse would do the trick. I had fun and got a lot of compliments my choice of costume.
