Do you think this a good men's outfit? If not what's wrong with it?

But anyways, okay, so I was just browsing men's fashion online, and for some reason the outfit in the attached picture just spoke to me on a spiritual level. I just found it SOOOOO cute for some reason. Usually most men's outfits either look too basic or like they're trying too hard in my opinion, but I like how the above picture is a pretty simple outfit yet looks very put together and unique at the same time.

Like it's basically just a dark gray shirt with light gray shorts, but the specific way it's styled just makes all the difference to me.

It also helps that the model himself is a total hottie who is in very good physical shape and has glowing tanned skin, but I feel this would be an excellent look for basically any man.

When I geeked out about this men's outfit to my friends, I more or less had mixed responses... about half absolutely loved it as much as me, and half felt completely indifferent to it and "had no idea what I saw as so special about this outfit."

And so I'm curious what you guys think about it. Is it a really good outfit like I'm thinking, or am I just being weird and/or delusional about this? Lol.

the problem is exactly what you said, it is soo cute, only time a man should look cute is when he is with kids and pets that's it also short sleeves and short pants are a big no together either top or bottom 2 short clothes doesn't look good for a man, to childish.

you can wear a short but put on a long sleeved button down and left 2-3 button open for a casual look.

Ah... in general I don't see a problem with cute, but you do make fair points, haha. You seem to know what you're talking about when it comes to fashion and trends. To me I don't really have any fashion rules. Either something looks good to me, or it doesn't. *shrugs*

Believe me when i say this, a man's sense of fashion is more important than a girl's girls can wear nothing or Just a lousy excuse for a hoodie and will still getting eyes from guys since we don't actually care all that much about what you were, our interest begins when we are dating, but for a guy he needs to look not Just good he needs to dress to impress but it doesn't need to be trying too Hard either but our clothes and hairstyles are the first thing woman really sees in us, so when it comes to men you need the fashion sense, it's like a lions mane

Oh, I thought of one thing to add... women judge each other's fashion sense a lot more than a man would judge a woman's fashion sense. Men don't really care too much what women wear, but other women sure as hell do. So women dress to impress other women, basically.

it was always like that only times we care about what you wear is if you dress revealingly other than that your sense of fashion is pretty irrevelant thing for us, even for a guy like me who is interested in stuff like this since i care about man fashion more, fashion doesn't really change woman that much but with mans, it basically creates a new man. for man it is ''you are what you wear and is your hair/facial hair, i can make a not very attractive looking guy into a cool looking guy if they entrust themselves to me.

I voted no, but have mixed reaction. I like the colors and would wear a shirt and shorts like that no problem. For me it’s the shorts styling.. it’s too much for me. Looks too feminine with the cuffs and the waist pocket details

Ah, gotcha... all fair points, really. For me personally feminine isn't a problem, as I don't really care whether a look is feminine or masculine, but... that's just me. I realize that to many other people, they do care, haha.

great color fabric for men. shirt not too tight we see hang loose. pants can put hands in pocket nit too tight. muscle legs need wider leg tubes but overall almost perfect.

I like all of your observations, haha. So basically, color looks good, shirt looks good, pants looks good, the only "issue" is that the leg tubes need to be wider. All fair observations! I can understand and respect your opinion, haha.

I'm not really a fan of the waist belt thing. It looks a little too feminine for my taste, but I can see why many people would like the style.

Ah. Fair enough. Some people do like feminine though, haha. Some people like to balance out masculine features and feminine features. So overall depends on the taste I guess.

I personally don't care if an outfit is "masculine" or "feminine" as long as it looks good... and that applies to both men and women for me, haha.

Yeah... I can generally kind of agree with that. Personally I think it's a good outfit for all body types, but physically fit people will always look better in everything. I like the outfit in general but it DEFINITELY helps that the model wearing the outfit is hot, haha.

He has good definition yes thats for sure , but I like that style of pant , as long as the guy is the correct weight , as in gut , otherwise it doesn't work.

In general I do agree, yes. Like I'm all for people wearing what they want regardless of body type, but you are right. People with more attractive bodies will look better in everything in general.

And just checking the photo again and comparing what Im wearing now , they do sit rather " high " so hence the body in symmetry , they also have a " fob " pocket , very 70s..

Too tight huh? Alright. Thanks for being honest. Different preferences I guess, but for me it doesn't really look too tight. It looks more fitted than tight for me. To some people anything that isn't super baggy and/or oversized equals "too tight," but then again, personal preferences.

To me it being too tight never crossed my mind, lol. I just thought of it as "normal" I guess.

Ah... I appreciate your open minded viewpoint, haha. To be able to appreciate a style even if you yourself wouldn't personally wear it.

Personally it looks pretty comfortable to me. I'm used to fitted and relatively tight clothes anyway. Not so tight that it looks painted on or anything, but definitely not baggy.

But yeah. I get you. There are styles I like the look of on others but likely wouldn't wear myself, lol. For example, skirts/dresses/shorts with some kind of tights or pantyhose. I wear skirts/dresses/shorts to cool off in hot weather, and tights or pantyhose ruins the point for me... but it is a beautiful look for other women, haha.
