My wife has a little one on the side of her nose, I never really gave it a second thought, until she had it removed. She lost some of her cuteness. The funny thing is, it grew back and she kept it.

Only when they are big.. like Cindy Crawford. For some reason, they always make you look like a dude. The very tiny ones are actually quite the opposite; "beauty marks" literally.
