Well, I might be biased because I have moles, but no. Not necessarily unattractive.
I have one directly in the middle of my nose. Heh...

If it helps, I like women with little imperfections like that. Moles, freckles, etc. It makes you guys look... well, human. When I look at models or famous actresses with "flawless" skin, it's just a little overwhelming.

I don't find moles or beauty marks attractive at all. I really don't like seeing when I see people with them beside or close to the upper lip or the ones beside the eyes. Sometimes those beside the lower lip I can look past but most of the time no. Its just like an imperfection to me.
