That is not a simple question. If it's cold, I sleep bare so that my preferred winter blanket can do its job well. If it's cool, I wear underwear and a t-shirt to insulate my organs and keep me asleep. If it's warm or hot, I make it cool and dress accordingly. If it's temperate. I sleep bare and cover with a sheet. I live alone but there's just something about being covered and holding onto something substantial like a wadded up blanket that helps me sleep.

I usually sleep in underwear and then my one pj shirt that says midnight snack monster on it. Or that's been what I've been doing these last few days. Keeps me warm and is comfortable, so it works.

I only wear a silk bra and panties. I have this weird fear that my breasts will be stretched & pulled while I’m sleeping / tossing & turning so wearing a bra keeps them protected.
