When they are not revealing anything but there are slight gaps here and there that make you wish you could get a glimpse, example: a long skirt with a slit creates more desire than a miniskirt.

Other than that:

Flip flips or open sandles when she has flawless feet.

Tanktops.

And i dont know what re they called but when girls wear tops that are not sleeveless but only a litle piece of frill or shirt extension covers the shoulder plus about 2 inches out. OMG i have no idea what that design is called. I find that super adorable and irresistible.

@WhyohWhy69 a modest length skirt isn't gonna fly up with the wind exposing everything. And plus, girls are walking around in booty shorts and yoga pants so tight I can literally see every crevice, more than I will ever see with a skirt even if it happens to fly up.

I've worn a thobe in Arab countries and I own a kilt. They are way more comfortable than pants.

A kilt is made out of wool and traps the warmth in. I've worn kilts in freezing temps and been perfectly comfortable because of the material and kilt hose. Also... 6+ yards of 16 oz. wool is heavy and the pleating you'll have 3x that because of folding (48oz). Even the apron is 2 layers (32 oz.)

But skirts... are synthetic materials, much thinner, have slippery polyester under skirting, you're expected to wear pantyhose or something (not warm) and not everyone can wear knee-high boots. Kilts are meant for warmth. Skirts are most definitely not.
