Yes, I like a man in a nice suit and tie too... but nothing overdone. Simple and well cut for whatever the guy's natural shape is. (Too much and it seems a little effeminate in my opinion -- not a critique, it's just not my style). I just generally prefer a man who knows how to look sharp without overdoing it. A nice shirt, jeans/slacks and a good pair of shoes... neat hair and nails goes a long way. (And of course in the end good character overrides everything...)

but I like a woman who can pull off jeans and a t-shirt too.

Not a big fan of women overdressing for simple tasks like running errands or going to a sporting event or underdressing for events such as graduations, parent-teacher night, etc
