Some girls are blessed with beautiful knees and usually have great looking ankles, elbows and wrists. All the bony parts look good.
What makes them look good is the girl has an extra layer of fine subcutaneous fat over these bony components that softens how they look. It screams oestrogen to me and is therefore very sexy.
It is not being fat and obese I want to emphasis as these special girls are quite slender.

  At least I'm not boney like a skeleton anymore. But my knees and hands will always be like that no matter how much muscle gets on these bones. Lol

My knees still do their job... without pain. I've never gotten a negative comment about how they look, and thinking about it, I've never gotten a positive comment either.

Something's on my body might be too small or too big. However there isn't excess skin anywhere and the skin that I do have is well moisturized. Hygiene is a must. I like being dirty, sometimes even filthy. But I think you get what I mean.
