Its mostly a turnoff when i see a guy wearing earrings, especially more than one. I’ve only seen a handful pull it off. One of my exes got earrings after 2 years into the relationship, despite me warning him that i’d lose attraction, and boy did i. He looked like his sister ugh!

I went with sometimes but very rarely. I like jewelry that accentuates natural features but dislike ones that detract. Most earrings in my experience detract to my eyes than accentuate. I find rare exceptions though here and there.
