Girls! What are some of the most attractive outfits/combos a man can wear, and what are some extra points on little things they take in consideration on their outfits?

suits, black suits/deep navy blue suits

I would say shoes! they gotta take shoes more into consideration cuz one mistake of picking the wrong type of shoes would ruin the whole outfit even if its an excellent outfit

for the little stuff that you should pay attention to in your fits, would say shoes (a lot of guys dont make their shoes match their outfit), color coordination, the fit of the clothes (have clothes that fit you well or if they dont should look like it's intentional and be tasteful not like you dont give a fuck), iron your stuff (crucial), lint roll dark clothes, accessorize (without any accessories, outfits are bland), pay attention to your hair and also a bit your skin (badly combed hair, greasy skin etc can ruin an outfit)

also only wear clothes that are flattering on your body (like not everything looks good on everything), since your still in your 20s you should pay a little attention to trends so you stay looking fresh and up to date, only wear clean clothes (dont do rewear stuff more than once), take good care of your clothes (like gently wash them, treat them well) and when they start looked used up throw them out

Well-fitting suits, jackets, dress pants, dress shirts, dress shoes, nice accessories, watches, sunglasses, belts, socks, casual wear that is still on the upscale and dressy side, sweaters, trousers with pleats and cuffs, jeans that are nice, well-fitting jeans, new athletic shoes not all beat up and dirty, NO t shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, sweats, sandals, slob-wear. Pretend you're going to run into your boss on a new job or a girl you're trying to impress at any moment, how would you want to look?

Find a TV show with a well-dressed guy who you like how he looks. The costume designers keep everyone pretty consistent in how they look, so you could build a whole wardrobe just copying whatever guy you choose.

I like men in suits... but mainly to look at them only :D

In normal life... jeans, a T-shirt, or even better a shirt are hot enough, lol
