As to the question, never wore glasses outside of sunglasses when I was a kid so who knows. Will say Fashion is all about expressing, so anything we wear does make ourselves express differently so in a way everyone changes a bit upon what they wear.

No that's just the steam from your glasses. You're not "hot" just the glass is getting climatized - it happens to everyone.

Get a tiny dab of shaving foam and rub it into the glass with a silk cloth and it will not steam up as much.
