Unsure. I mean, my butt already makes regular bikini bottoms into thongs all by itself without me noticing. lol So, I guess the only difference is you don't have a wedgie, just a piece of string in your butt. But I'd still want coverage with them so nothing extreme (only if I was to wear them).
