I prefer the Tankini and board short combo (longer tank top bathing suit, with the thigh length board shorts) it's like wearing a tank and denim shorts. I prefer more modest swimwear myself, and appreciate feeling comfortable, fully covered, without having to worry about my swimsuit slipping about, coming untied, etc.

2 piece makes it easier to use the washroom too, when in water I piss like every 20 mins LOL

I’m not really a fan of one piece swim suits. They never seem to fit me well or look flattering. A bikini is my go to. I think they look way better, fit better, and are just plain more comfy to me.

No. Of course not. A one-piece is more practical since there is only one item of clothing, so it isn't like you can lose half of it. Okay so it is technically more fabric so it takes up slightly more space... but that also means more to express yourself with than just waterproof underwear.

Either works really, I’ve been on holiday with girl friends and girlfriends, they tend to have a mix of one piece and bikini, also just shorts n bikini type top, sort of a bralette.

I'm guessing that if you put 100 women in a room, you'd probably get almost a 50/50 split between the two.

Not everybody will feel comfortable in a bikini, so for them a one-piece will be their choice. Personally, I choose to wear bikinis for the most part.

Bikinis are the better option if you have a bikini body.

If you don't have a bikini body, the one-piece is the better option.

I think it's all dependent on what your looking for. If you want to tan then I suspect a bikini is better. If your planning to be swimming and being active then I suspect a one-piece is better.

And well if you were wanting something that also looked good while doing one of the other things then I think either works but it's all dependent on cut and things like that.

Let's be honest two pieces are for women who have the body. Otherwise one piece should be for overweight women. I'm overweight and wouldn't wear a two piece until I lose weight. Just my opinion.
