Should I Pierce My Ears? Yea or Nay?

I have never gotten a piercing before of any kind. Should I pierce my ears? It would be one hole in each lobe, traditional-style.

As with anything related to your own body, the decision should be made based on your own preferences. What do you find beautiful. Just make sure that you think about the way you might feel in the future about it, so you don't end up regretting anything.

I can't speak for what your preferences are, but I personally find that earrings are the only attractive piercings on girls. And only place on the ear that's attractive is the standard lobe earring. I find that everything else tends to look too punk for my taste. Dangling earrings look the best on girls

I'm not a fan of any piercings except l ear lobes. But I'm a big advocate of those on women. Ear rings very elegant. I would encourage you to go for it.

for sure. even tho i was an infant when i had my ears pierced, i don't regret that it happened. i can wear cute earrings. sometimes it pulls together a look quite well.

I have five piercings, three in one ear and two in the other.

I think just one piercing in each ear would be beautiful. There's a lot of different earrings out there and you won't have to worry about them falling out (like I always did with clip ons 😭)

It's up to you though! If you're worried about the pain, it honestly really does feel like a pinch! It's really fast. I will say that if you do pierce your ears, definitely pay the extra bit for the cleaning spray. Use a q-tip once you spray it (front and back) to really make sure you're cleaning it.

I should have phrased it less specifically. I meant it to be more like " No Piercing or Traditional lobe Piercing?" or "To Pierce or Not to Pierce". I so wish GaG would let us edit to make those kinds of adjustments! I posted it with the idea it might be useful for someone later on. But I agree with what you said, ha! You're right on.
