Black, because you can't see them though any of your clothes. Always safer than white for a woman because we have a cycle and those accidents suck and hard to be removed from ur underwear. That's why women have a week's worth of period panties and outfits, which is normally black.

I tend to just use black or darker colours, it’s easier to wash as it all goes in same darks wash. Really could not be arsed with separating out darks n coloured for a wash.
