How do you notice that a woman wears makeup?

I like it when women wear makeup that looks natural. Maybe a bit of concealer, a touch of rouge, mascara and subtle eye liner that matches her hair color, a natural tone of lip gloss.
When done right, makeup accentuates a woman's eyes and lips and can make her look soft and fresh.
I hate big, fake eye lashes, thick, black eye liner, obvious eye shadow, and gaudy lipstick.
Even with subtle makeup, I can tell that her lips look soft and moist, her eyes are accentuated a bit, and her skin tones are even (lacking shadows under eyes, for example).
Usually because it's put on too liberal. To put it nicely. I prefer a more natural look. But that's me, and it's not about me. She has to be the one that's comfortable with what she does with her face and body.
Ok, I'll tell ya. Sometimes you can see the line or fading on their neck. And of course some use excessive amounts so you can tell from 40 feet away. If it's done really near perfect, who cares. They look pretty.
Eye region and lips are usually the easiest ways to notice.
I look for freckles or other equivalent marks... though usually it is obvious just from looking at the lips.
It varies. Some women it's hardly noticeable. And some women look like Krusty the clown.
Usually because we notice it’s too much.
I dont I just enjoy the view
