I'm looking for my style and in search of aesthetic that would enhance my facial features , as i have quite rounded features so looking for something that will embrace my features and won't look striking on me.

Half the battle is finding something you feel comfortable and confident in, it tends to be noticeable when someone is wearing something they are not comfortable with and or confident wearing.

Yes , i like cottage core aesthetic but i live in city and it would look weird on me if i go out wearing something like that 😭

You could add some urban look to it, or just go the ‘bugger you all’ and wear what you like, no matter your fashion style people will comment both positively and negatively, so just ignore them, wear what you feel good in.
Try different outfits, some are more sunny days, some cloudy days
