Why did she take her shoe off, when I didn't ask her to, or tell her to?

I don't like asking people to do things, nor demanding them to, especially since it's wrong to demand... but, I was talking to her about her heels and about how the strap was missing on it. She told me she likes to cut the strap off of them, as a weird quark, instead of just buying strapless heels. She proceeded to take the shoe off and show me her feet and even told me that she has a high arch which was meant for heels of course, and even prefers to wear them.

But, again, I didn't ask her to take them off, nor did i say "take off your shoes", so, why did she just up and take them off?

Or well, the only one who may have said anything, after noticing it, if at all. I'm not sure if im a feet man, like lots of guys on here are, all i did was notice that a strapped heel, was missing its strap, and i wanted to say something about it
