Are the so called "Tramp Stamps" making a comeback?

A lot of my younger friends (20s) are getting "Tramp Stamps." Evidently, they are making a comeback? Is that correct? What goes around comes around with style.

No. Tattoos are obligatory uniform now for you millienials. Women over 25 have so many Tattoos these days and it's usually ugly looking. Tramp stamps are just the norm now.
