Is it hard to meet people with green eyes and tanned skin /healthy /dark skin? ?

I noticed people with green/blue eyes, usually super pale.

It's not uncommon for people who have a 'Dark'/ 'Tinned'/ 'Olive' Skin to have blue or green eyes.

Light Skin and Blond Hair haven't always been external features linked to Europeans.

Due to thousands and thousands of years of evolution, and 'inter-racial breeding' we have such a wide, beautiful and rich variety of human beings in the world.

There are Africans who have deep-blue eyes; people from the Middle-East with beautiful green eyes.

It depends upon the nation. Only about 2% of the world's people have green eyes. In the USA about 9% of us do. Some European nations have over 20%. Many African nations have nearly 0%.

It's rarer but not impossible to find people with green or blue eyes and tanned or darker skin. Genetics play a curious game! For example, I’ve got green eyes and more of an olive skin tone, thanks to my Spanish heritage. Eye color is like skin pigment, those that have darker skin are more likely to have brown eyes light skin will more like have less pigment in their eyes resulting in green or blue.
