Not necessarily in my opinion, to put it bluntly it just means a person will still be unattractive to some people, they will just have nice clothes and a new hair cut.

Attractiveness is 100% subjective, what I find attractive is way different than what my friend finds attractive.

Nice clothes can make the impression that a person has good style, style is also subjective lol

Cleanliness should be a must for all people, I can't think of one person who finds unhygienic habits attractive.

I usually get bangs because it boosts my confidence, I feel more attractive but I'll still be unattractive to some guys

Shit I forgot to mention that confidence is key. For some people, a person's personality is noticed or more important. I have even had experiences where I see a guy who I wasn't really all that physically attracted to initially, I didn't find them ugly or hot, but average... then once I got to know them they turn to a 10/10, flawless lol. Then I've had experiences where I'll see what looks like a 10/10 but the personality turns me off and they go down to about a 4/10.

My point being is that even though you may not be viewed as attractive to most people, you're more than likely to be attractive to at least one person lol. The world is full of people and there is someone out there for everyone, if there isn't then 🤷‍♀️ least you love yourself

I also can't agree that that is "unfortunate." Nature is never unfortunate. And this is natural instinct. Without it we probably wouldn't be here today.
