Naked always. Used to sleep in whatever I came home in when I was in high school. I used to sleep in jeans and shirts. Then in college, I transitioned to sleeping in boxers. Now I raw dog it.

It changed after I had intimate relationships with partners.

I'm here in Thailand , I dont use aircon , only Ceiling fan , and freestanding fan , so obviously naked , no cover , ( something I could never do in Australia ) , and you know what? Best I have ever slept in my life.

I sleep naturally and have always done so as does everyone in our family. I just can’t sleep properly if I am wearing anything.

  I think that changes as you get older. You become more comfortable with it and it starts feeling uncomfortable to be in clothes
