I sleep nude. It's far more comfortable, it makes it easier for your body to maintain its temperature, it's healthier for you (let's all of your skin get some air exposure) and its been shown to improve sleep quality as well.
If you're sharing a bed with your partner there are even more benefits, including improved bonding.

Depends on the season. Especially in Australia, summer time for sure mostly naked. Here in the US only during certain times of the summer when it gets super humid.
