It was the most painful piercing I ever had, but everyone’s pain tolerance is different. It’s also mostly a myth that it makes blowjobs feel better, it doesn’t really make a difference. Healing a tongue piercing is a pain in the ass, you can’t eat proper food for a couple weeks, and it can definitely mess with your teeth - getting an acrylic tongue bar doesn’t make a difference and that material is worse for your tongue than metal.

Personally, I love tongue piercings, always have.
But, my mom is a dental hygienist and I know how a tongue piercing can damage your teeth. Yes, it's worse if it's metal. But plastic can still do some damage. I also thing it would be difficult not to play with it.
But think about whether you want it for you, or because your boyfriend want you to. That seems selfish on his part honestly.00 Reply

The issue with tongue piercings is it scrapes enamel off of teeth and damages the gum line. I honestly want the partial split tongue and the tongue extension gene Simmons had... it's just a cutting of the membrane under the tongue that holds your tongue from going out too far. Having it reduced by 85% should be fine.

I have friends with them and without, I don’t mind them, it’s a personal choice.

I’ve got many piercings and my rule is always that I’ve ever only gotten them for myself & me only. Same goes for my tattoos, those are for me.
A good thing with piercings is that you can take them out and they’ll grow over with time or you can simply not wear them if you’re going to something specific.
Your Dad and your boyfriend seem to have a big say here so they should talk it out but over all, it’s YOUR say.

Tongue piercing is hot, feminine and puts you in the scene. My girlfriend has it and her blowjobs are great! The pain tolerance is not a problem, if you are truly convinced: it is a life decision, and some amount of pain is expected. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!

10 ReplyI personally don't like them I don't care much for piercings in general but it's your body you can do with it as you wish, just make sure it's what you want.

I like mine. As for the pain, the piercing itself was not bad. The few days after getting it kinda sucked because my tongue really swole up and all I could eat was soup.

It is painful for about a week or 2 however as long as you don’t play with it the healing process will be fast.

Hello Sir, but that is incorrect information ℹ️. I’ve had my younger pierced for over 20 years and I have never had an issue. The tongue heals very easily as long as it doesn’t dry out. It’s a strong muscular organ as well!

They are actually not hygienic. You are more likely to have issues with your mouth. A lot…
