Oki guys my last question was if hair dye damages hair and all of you said it does, thanks for the tips now i want to ask if someone has tried plant based, prganic hair dye i guess they don't work like the chemical ones but i have started to grow white hairs and i am panicking also i want to lighten my hair so my question is do they work? And if someone has tried what was your experience?

The only thing that will lighten your hair is bleach. Natural hair dyes are typically made from henna which will darken it plus is incredibly difficult to remove.

Dying your hair with normal hair dye does not mean you will definitely damage your hair. If you go to a salon what they use is much better than box dyes. If you don't want to risk damage but still want to switch up your hair color I highly recommend finding a well reviewed salon to go to.

Ahh thank you a lot, i am very scared about my hair since it has been falling and i just got it back to normal and started caring more about it so i don't want to damage it now 🥺

I think mostly it was stress in the first place but also now i am more careful as to what kind of shampoos i am using and i don't use heat anymore

Okay good, seriously though I've been bleaching and dying my own hair for years and it's fine. as long as you're careful nothing bad will happen

Thank you for the advice it helped really, i tought maybe if i dye my hair that i will start using shampoos for dyed hair and if i take good care of it that it will be all good
