Yeah sure.. at my age? Of course..

I have nothing against this stull , and the doctor has a perfect record , so I'd love a consultation with him/her , go though all my concerns and then see what they recommended , a mate here had a facelift ( which is quite unusual client wise ) and it looks good , but I'd really be happy to know that his doctor knows their stuff.

I mean I love breast implants ( not on me haha ) .. So whats the difference? If I could get myself looking around 40 ( without looking ridiculous ) , I'd be going for it.

No and "perfect" record is very suspicious as there is no doctor with such.  Also, surgeries can go wrong as well as right. There is no guarantee.

Sure would... Not for my face though but for the loose skin I have from loosing a lot of weight. I would slim down my arms without hesitation.

Probably not. I'd have to figure out what is involved in maintenance. If I could get my hair back at no cost and maintenance is pretty easy going I could go for it. I don't think that'd be surgery though.
