I've heard of high heels that have varying heights. What is the average height of heels? Is that comfortable for girls to wear. If it isn't, what is a comfortable height for heels?

I'm using 2/3cm heels for these sneakers I think? It's comfy enough for daily usage. It's possible I used higher heels, when wearing boots, but I don't have some right now to look up the height.
