I dove into one to pull a small child who had partially capsized in his floatation device while his mom was on her phone oblivious to her child's near demise. And I have gone to parties near pools where the appropriate attire was non-swimming.

Yeppers.  On a nice summer night I would take the pontoon boat out and usually after a couple 2 3 drinks someone, not always me would suggest that.

When we're having loads of fun, jumping into the pool or other bodies of water with our clothes on was quite common when we were younger.

Heck, maybe I'll take a plunge in our pool after I return from the office later.

Nope. The chlorine in pools isn't good for the clothing. I have showered with clothes on before though.

I've never intentionally gone swimming in a pool with clothes on, except maybe for a quick dip during a spontaneous moment! Usually, it's swimsuits all the way for me, but sometimes life surprises us with unexpected fun. You know how it is—laughs and splashes can happen anywhere! 😉🏊‍♀️

Yes. I do this quite often. In fact, I prefer to wear clothes or underwear rather than swimwear anywhere I can get away with it. I have learned the places where I can. Of course, there is my own pool at my house.

Jump in the pool with your clothes on. It's faster than going inside to change.

Another place is lakes and creeks. No one cares what you wear in natural water.

Finally, if you look hard enough, you'll find pools that let you wear whatever you want. I have found such a pool at a small hotel about 90 minutes from my house. They charge $10.00 for non-guests to use their pool, (or 5 if you're over 50 like me), but it's worth it since the owners don't seem to care what you wear as long as it's clean.

Dozens of times. We had a pool in the back yard.
Sometimes, my dad's cousin, Chuck, who was a bit of a roughneck, would grab someone and throw them into the pool with their clothes on. One time, someone was sitting in a lawn chair, one of those folding aluminum ones with nylon-woven seats that only weigh about 2 to 5 lbs.. Chuck went over to her, picked up the entire chair with her in it and tossed it into the pool! Dad banned Chuck from coming back to use the pool! Had any part of the chair sliced open the liner or even put a hole into it, it would've cost thousands of dollars to replace it!!

No but I went swimming at the beach fully clothed in baggy pants and a sweater. I almost drowned tho because my pockets all filled with water and were pulling me down.. LOL
