It’ll be twenty three degrees Celsius. Warm weather, but not really hot. I’ll be expected to dress up a bit.

Couple of things to consider ( and I have been many times ) , are you in the outer or at a function? How much will you be drinking? Make sure the consumption does not leave you messy..

Keep it light and bright and summery , plus remember its Melbourne so the weather can change so be prepared with a jacket.

Its a public place , keep it classy , keep nice.

I've snagged some great tickets over the years , and have done 3 years in the outter - last time I said never again. Its strange , after being here for a while ( where the day means nothing ) , I dont even bother with who won the main race.
