Some girls like facial hair, some don't. Some prefer wiry, others like huge muscles. Guys can't grow taller once their growth plates close. There is no way that a guy can be appealing to all girls, because girls like different things. Girls, however, might be able to attract any guy if she's willing to spend money to get the guy she wants by looks. I do not advocate for this, but almost every physical attribute a guy likes can be bought.

Good Looking, is basically looking good. Anyone could look good, that doesn’t mean they would be attractive necessarily. You could buy a great suit and get a haircut and look good, like you made an effort. If your someone who makes an effort - that could make you attractive. Does this make any sense?

Of course. You can improve your appearance substantially just by wearing nicer clothes.
