Trending & News I mean women's clothes have been shorter than men's clothes since like forever. Not counting the era long ago where women couldn't even show ankles.
I don't pay much attention to current trends, but my only rule I guess would be to cover your private parts. Butt and genitalia for both genders, and adding on boobs as well for women.
So with my reasoning shorts can be short as hell as long as they still cover your butt. If they stop just below your ass but still cover it that's perfectly fine.
As for tops, a decent amount of cleavage can be shown as long as you're not completely spilling out. And as you could guess I have no issues with bare midriff, bare back, bare arms/shoulders, etc.
So basically, I don't believe too much in "modesty" for women or for men, but there should at least be a minimal like I described. Private parts covered at the very least.
Women's clothing in general is too revealing these days. Highschool girls are literally going to class in shirts so short they look like bras.
I have no idea what happened to dress codes in school. Some old hippy parents probably complained that kids can't dress like they did and got the schools to let it all hang out now.
Yes I believe the gym attire you see women wear at gyms is not only too revealing but it's also really uncomfortable for me personally. I've tried said clothes and I really find them uncomfortable to wear not only because they reveal your body getting unwanted attention but they're also uncomfortable in my case because I sweat a lot and I have really sensitive skin and I come up inevitably in rashes all the time. So I actually wear loose tracksuits, sweaters and T-shirts and I'll only go as far as to wear a sports bra underneath because that's a must. Whether it's in a gym or at home working out is a personal ritual. I do it to sweat and feel good not to show off my body and how ripped it is. And I really hate the revealing clothing women wear these days to do it. It's just not me.
Mine wasn't a judgement. Everyone is free to wear what they choose but for me personally it's too revealing and I just wouldn't be able to go somewhere public wearing said revealing clothes. I would feel very uncomfortable doing so. I'm happy for other women who can and do. Simply I choose not to do so for the reasons I have stated above.
Thank you for the MHO!!
@thegreenyogi I agree with you.
Its a bit annoying to see the ass cheeks out but I mean i guess if you got it, flaunt it. Even if i still had it, I wouldn’t flaunt THAT much. But i like seeing the muscular thighs. It motivates me

I do t see anything wrong with it
Girls don't even go to work out anymore. They just go to prance around showing their assets off, and finding a guy to take home to bang.
Or set up their cameras and put on a show for their Instagram/Only Fans.
@Wraith_Cemetery They can do that on Facebook too.
Yes it definitely has. It's to the point where women seem to go to the gym more for an ego boost and to get checked out rather than actually workout. Women can easily wear non-fitted shorts and a tank top that doesn't show a ton of cleavage, but they specifically choose options that show off the curves of their figure. They can make all the excuses they want and deny it, but it's definitely for attention and not for comfort.
Yes, as a conservative woman, my husband is the only one who will require me to wear skimpy clothing. "Lady in those streets, but a freak between the sheets," as they say. 😬
Most female attire has gotten too revealing which is why I like to stay in so I am not surrounded by people who annoy me lol.
Yep... everytime I leave the house I have to face bellybuttons, arse cracks, and vaginas poking out.
@Wraith_Cemetery I don't mind belly's showing but no one should have to know what a strangers vagina shape or ass look like lol.
respectfully I would say girls have freedom of expression in america I am not exactly sure what to think other than if you have a girlfreind this is a good test of your willpower and commitment however not really sure if I were a girl I had go showing off like that as that gives ¨perverts¨ ideas that I dont even wanna think off
It's not really for me. I like to dress up a lot, but I also like to rock the more elegant look and not really the sexy look. But if they like it, power to them.
The revealing clothes don't bother me very much. It's when they are wearing revealing clothing then start doing squats, or some exercise where they practically put their ass in your face, right in front of you. Moving your head around to look somewhere else is bad form and can increase the likelihood of injury. Women who do this should get kicked out of the gym.
I guess it just depends if you like to see girls sexual body parts or not. Or are a girl and like to show them to the world.
Personally, I'm fine with it unless it's my wife exposing herself to strangers.
it depends on what you mean... I wear sports pants (not leggings) and a T-shirt from times I was twice my current size :D
@dustybiker2 You said, "With all the abortion bans about to come up woman should be wearing metal with saw proof padlock." Except in the case of rape; women control the availability of sex. They don't need lock and key; just practice restraint and caution.
If we're going to talk about what I find gross then I think passing judgement for everything and nothing has gotten "too revealing" recently. I would appreciate more reserve, in this area, for my own selfish comfort.
I don't like the skimpy outfits, but as long as there are still other options like sweats and athletic outfits, I don't mind new options being created too. I can buy the ones I like and not buy the ones I don't.
I don't really care. Those types are usually not at the gym for the same reasons I am, so they can wear whatever they want as long as they clean the equipment when they are done.
@Delia2005 Robin Hood?
@Delia2005 If it is ok for women in tights; why not ok for men in tights?
I workout at a hardcore gym and not a dating bar. the female members do not dress to get attention.
A hundred years ago, a woman showing her knees in the US was scandalous and of course it has always been much stricter in some other countries. The world hasn't come to an end because of gym attire.
I guess that now going to the gym is more of a social event vs just getting healthier, so it only makes sense that the "dress code" has changed over the years.
No I think the issue is women dressing up and moving so that men can see their nipples and cameltoe but get offended when someone stares at them.
Men are visual horny creatures.
With all the abortion bans about to come up woman should be wearing metal with saw proof padlock.
Hell yes. I remember when gym attire meant sweat pants and a T-shirt. Now the gym is a straight up hoe fest.
i mean i'm not complaining. i like looking at a nice ass like the next guy but i think dressing like that and then complaing that people are looking is insane.
Not really, like I try to keep an open mind. Yes, there are some revealing outfits, but I've lived in places where they reveal even more, so at the end of the day I really don't care all that much.
I would not know... I don't go to public gyms to stare at women...
@RageBabe who does that... lol
just focus on your reps, listen to your music... and stop judging others, lol
Firstly I love the female body, and how it looks, but being extremely revealing everywhere she goes like the gym, turns me on when I don't want to be turned on.
Who gives a shit if they are too revealing? If they’re too revealing then they’re too revealing. So what and if they’re not they’re not. Like I said who gives a shit?
Not really. As long as they are comfortable with their body I say go for it, life is short and people should not judge.
Create your audio cocoon, do your workout and leave! Yes they're pretty and fit... Move on to the next part of your workout.
Women’s dress attire going to the gym has become a lot like women dressing up for Halloween … an expose in pole dancing attire.
Not if you put the outfit together yourself. You don’t have to wear the latest looks. Just what you need to work out in
Guys, there is nothing like seeing a nice pair of cheeks while working out and if they offend you don't look, for the girls, there is always a guy wearing a banana hammock
Actually as a woman, I don't prefer wearing revealing clothes because it isn't comfortable. Sometimes many people's eyes are on you.
I don't understand why people have a hangup about how revealing someone's outfit is. It doesn't hurt anything.
Very much.
I go to the gym and half the college girls their are barely dressed.
I haven't seen anything too over the top at my gym.
To the contary, I don't think it's revealing enough
You catch me staring, you are obviously okay with that.
You don’t have to wear the revealing outfits when you work out… unless you like being looked at?
Yes, it is. If women reacted to visual stimuli as strongly as men, there would certainly be an outcry that men should cover themselves more. But for women it's okay.
I live at the beach so ignoring "too revealing" is easy for me.
All I know is that a man will receive his first flower when he dies. A man is only loced under the condition that he provises cash.
Let them show it all... who cares. Thanks for all the free views.
yes for sure but I dont really care I always preffered a nicely dressed woman over a naked one
No, it's just what women these days choose to wear, they WANT to be revealing
I’m not complaining lol
Not at my local gym. Standard gym clothes.
The more the merrier! 👍
That picture for this question. 🤪. Mamma Mia!
You should wear what is comfortable
Probably in some of them
I’m not complaining lol
Females should wear whatever they want.
Not really, I kinda like it.
No, its more natural because its gym!
Nope the more revealing the better
Just means she was good confidence
