Are your regular bras and strapless bras the same size?

I’m a 34C I’ve been 34C for years and years!! But the last two strapless bras I brought including the one today is in the size 32D.. sister sizing down a band size up a cup size. Do any of you ladies have the same issue?

I do know the answer , because I used to market lingerie and bras , in our brand I could 100% say the sizes didn't differ , however I was informed by many of the girls that the sizes were different in various strapless , which seemed unusual , but also had this confirmed by others , I have no idea why this would occur , but it is what it is.

Australian sizes are also different from US.

I wear 34C but in strapless I feel the support of 32D is better it fits snugger so it doesn’t slip and slid off

I don't normally wear strapless. I'd rather go without a bra altogether.

My normal bras : 85B. I think that's 38A in the US.
