Also, do you like traditional Indian clothing?
I actually like it a lot, I even like the henna stuff with the linings, not too sure what it is or what it represents but I like it 🙂👍🏼
Awesome! Thank you for sharing your opinion
They symbolize joy, luck, and blessings, especially during weddings, festivals, and other important events. The reddish-brown color that henna leaves after application also signifies vitality and the bonds of family and community.
Sounds like it's got a strong meaning, is everyone at the wedding allowed to do the henna stuff or is it only the person getting married? 🤔
No, other women in the family or guest circle can get henna applied, as well, but the bride usually receives the most detailed and elaborate henna design
Are the designs random or are they specific symbols for specific things? Or can people draw what they want? Cause I always found the look to be kinda appealing like they own a kingdom type of thing
While there are traditional patterns with symbolic meanings, such as for example, flowers, vines, leaves, peacocks, geometric patterns, people can personalize their designs and choose specific symbols that represent personal experiences, interests, or things they value, like hearts, stars, names etc.
That's interesting, things that have meaning are always interesting, something I heard is that it leaves an unusual smell, some may even say a smell that's unappealing, I can't say I ever smelled it but I've heard some say it's unpleasant, if I remember properly I heard it was somewhat of a herb smell or something.
it is a nice looking outfit, very detailed... I am a fan of that
Awesome

Amazing craftsmanship, no doubt. But these dresses look like a nightmare to keep clean or wash.
OK, I suppose.
Not very practical
