Very sexy gives you something to look at, but I would not want my girlfriend to dress like that around my friends. Its more about my friends then it about her, some of my friends are... well they are horn dogs.
At my age its super creepy to me to see these teenage minors with their asses out and it makes me very uncomfortable, because its hard not to notice while knowing she's like 16. It's actually a turn off when you see that type of thing and its very unattractive to me.
But I love seeing 20 to 50 somethings dressed like this.
She's pretty. The outfit is kinda uninteresting. The shorts aren't flattering; nor are they unattractive. The pockets showing look sloppy. They don't fit well. I hate shirts that have huge banners printed on them like the back of this one.

Look good on her, it is fashion trends. My girlfriend wear too, this kind of short but not cutting one, not loosing one, but properly made figure hugging, tight fitting Butt hanging out hipster with cropped tank top huge showing off belly and belly button dangling jewelry on. Fucking looking sosexy.
I will NEVER understand how actresses who obviously make loads of money, can't seem to afford a pair of jeans/ shorts that aren't ripped, or look second hand!
Basic girl outfit and nothing special. Really cannot stand this style. It's not classy at all, especially because of the ridiculous pocket lining showing beneath the hem. Bloody awful.
The only questionable thing for me are the shorts.
I don't like the pocket lining poking out from under it, but it *does* look like it has proper pockets. So the fashion trade off for deep pockets is worthwhile.
Overall I give it a reflectant yes. The shorts are a good length and I like how they're roughly cut. But they aren't doing her any favors to show off her curves. They need to be tighter or at least more contoured to her body shape.
Women these days love their papershredder shorts and jeans. Everywhere they're walking around in trashy ripped up jeans and shorts as if it's some kind of "high fashion" that looks good.

personally, i do like it a lot, i like any woman who wants to wear this, i like that actress wearing this too. if the woman feels confident and comfortable i say go for it too.

@Subarugirl It looks like Disney California Adventure outside the entrance to cars land main ride. I am a nudist so it doesn't bother me but there are appropriate and inappropriate places to be dressed in several ways
I mean, last I checked cut off shorts and a long sleeve shirt isn't inappropriate for Disney Land and after taking a look at Disney Land's dress code, that outfit doesn't violate it.
Yes I read that and nothing written in their dresscode is violated by that outfit. I mean if she took her shirt of and was just wearing a bra… or took her shorts off and walked around in umber underwear yeah, but shorts and a long sleeve.. I’d not think so
The showing front pocket is hideous. It would be sexier to me if she had thong or hot underwear on and you catch some of that on the back short side. Who cares about shirt. Needs to be lime green crop top or spaghetti shoulder…lime green
