Movie night with friends! What should I wear?

Four of us (2 men, 2 women); are all going out to an old cinema, to see an old movie together. It’s summer. I’ll need to be comfortable, but fairly modest, as I’m not dressing to attract my mates. Are a t shirt and 3/4 pants suitable?
