Cellulite, what's the big deal?

I get a woman can be self conscious of her body, but do you freak out and hide what God gave you?

I think the woman's body is nice in all forms. So do most men.

So is it a issue for you?

I'm just curious.

Is cellulite an issue?


Well, I’ve actually seen teenage girls who are VERY fit have a touch of cellulite along the back of their legs. If a young girl in her prime has a touch of cellulite, one shouldn’t be too self-conscious.


The one reason some medical specialist suggest covering areas with cellulite or veins is if the person is getting a treatment to flatten/reduce/tone the skin chemically, which means keeping the area out of the sun.



Personally, just bc of how I was raised, I wouldn’t wear my sassy Daisy Dukes when out and about, but if I was on the beach, sundeck, etc., I’d feel comfortable in them.

Awww... that's always nice to hear. And my confidence has grown over the past year both because of this forum with guys like you and in person reactions to me and my body.

But I think most of us (women) have also heard or experienced negative comments from men too or met those one that expect model quality perfection...

Not that they worth my time. But media also perpetuates the idea of an ideal woman in us from a young age.

We are brought up to be told it's ugly and abnormal. Look at rag magazines or dailyfail. It rips people apart unless they are photoshoot perfect. Even mothers pass their insecurities onto their children, it's been proven.

Cellulite is normal and natural.
