I have plenty underwear and I do laundry at least twice per week... can't imagine how would that happen?

i would wear short leggings instead and buy a new underwear heading wherever I have to go and just change in the bathroom...

If that was the case and no other options, I'd put a liner in ones from the hamper and wear that. Gross, but hey, have to do something.
