I believe there are two kinds of lookism around: one directed at people who look like blobfish, and another for those who are average/little above

People use "7" to mean nothing special, when "7s" from my under noticeably above average.. Meaning a "7" is supposed to be a very pretty girl.. Not that I care for the rating system..
