Small B cup is perfect.
Any natural size and shape is perfect.

If you ask me, it's a bad idea because I'm not a fan of implants.

I talked to my doctor and she said for my height I could go as big as a DD
You could go that big, doesn’t mean you should.. do you really want to walk around everywhere with huge breast? It’ll be a massive jump in size. But then again I don’t know your body type, and don’t know how they’ll look on your particular body. but I think if you are not happy with them currently, implants would be a great option.
Definitely go in for a consultation on different sizes without committing to doing it, just to see if it’s something you really want to do. I like boobs so I’m all for it, but I’m nobody, it’s up to you

Get a second opinion, I’ve read sergeants recommend going a tad smaller vs as big as possible for your body. Because It’s easier to go bigger than to downsize which causes more scare tissue and healing time. She might look great, but how will you feel? Maybe a D? Lol I don’t knows how you actually look, so I honestly don’t think me or anybody can give you an answer to your question without looking at a picture of you.

Plus you have to get new ones every 10 years, they have a limited lifespan and your body will form scar tissue around the implants, and they can rupture from sports or car accidents, and then you have to get them removed right after that and get new ones, and having a foreign object inside your body is never good
Learn to love yourself, stop tearing yourself apart when you look in the mirror
