Definitely good don’t kid yourself. But don’t make them too big either, big but the right size. That’s the only problem implants could ever have, similar to those ghetto girls who show off their ass when it is way too big and walk around thinking it’s actually attractive or that they on the same level as a hot european girl with a thick ass but within the parameters of their body, or simply knowing if they should emphasise that part of their body or not. Anyhoozle my point is these are your tits on your body so it’s obviously important right? Don’t make the mistake of asking the wrong people about it, reddit is number one on the list. Just figure out what too big is and that’s all you need to do.

Fake is  fake . Is that what you want to be?  Boob jobs look obviously fake. They look like stiff boulders on your chest. They don't jiggle, bounce or move the same as natural breasts. They almost always have weird, ugly contours, especially when you are leaning over.  Consider the scars. Consider the risks.  Some women lose sensitivity from surgery. First, size isn't what matters IMHO. It's overall body proportions. If your "small B" looks good with a slim petite body, you may ruin your overall look by artificially exaggerating one aspect of your body. I know one woman in particular that I'm in serious lust with and she's about 5'6" with a slim, fit body and a "small B" breast size. I wouldn't mess with changing anything about her. Her small breasts match her small ass and overall petite, fit body.

Second, implants come with a lot of long term health concerns. You're gonna go under anesthesia. You're gonna have silicone or saline inside a plastic bag in your body. What if they ever rupture? What about that plastic migrating into your bloodstream over decades?

Third, implants never look natural. They look too perfect. They're too rigid. They don't move naturally. Or at all, LOL. And if you bend over you can often see the outline of the implant under the skin.

Just think it through. At the end of the day, it's your body though.

I think from personal experience and my girlfriend friends. She is a retired SW. A job where they constantly have comparison and competition for looks. I have seen gloriously endowed women grow tired of the attention and back issues and get reductions. I have seen very flat chested girls get implants your size. There are always risks to surgery and getting this young 100% means future surgeries and possible scarring complications. I also find that it rarely makes a woman feel better about her appearance. As first yes... but over time very few of them feel happy with the results they way you would expect.. plus sexually almost always they look better but not always do they feel better. It's a complicated decision. In my opinion getting them done at your stated age is something that should be put off. As you gain confidence in who you are and your natural look you may decide it's just not that important. Nothing is harmed by waiting. In the end surgery will not make you feel better about how you feel about yourself. It just shifts the narrative. So really consider everything.

Breast implants are never a good idea.

1. Natural are better in every way even if they're smaller. Fake boobs are less appealing once you know they're fake and they feel different in the hand when you're... bonding.

2. Those surgeries are invasive and dangerous. I'm against cosmetic surgery in all forms except if you have a deformity or some kind of bad skin burn or really bad birthmark.

3. Sometimes they are perfectly fine but as you start to age, they'll start to make your body look weird and can cause medical issues.

4. In the event of wanting or having children they could possibly interfere with feeding the baby is something was done wrong during the surgery.

5. You're putting plastic in your body and plastic in our bodies is contributing to cancer. We have micro plastics in our DNA now FFS.

You're risking your life, your body, your time and money for something that will go away as you age anyways and, in the end, will have no real benefit to your life. For a longer answer though... I've heard from many women that big breasts aren't all they're cracked up to be. The bouncing can genuinely be really painful, even if you're barely moving. And clothes end up looking too revealing even if they're supposed to be "modest." Other people calling you a slut. The eventual sagging and stretching of the skin. Etc, etc, etc. Be careful what you wish for.

So, if you go to a larger size, some new guys will be attracted and some old guys who were attracted will find you less attractive. For most men, we are looking at proportionality: are your boobs "too big" or "too small" for your body?

If you are 5' 9", 32B boobs might look tiny but they might look perfect if you are 5' 2". There is also the matter of larger boobs sagging excessively as you get older. And there are also guys who prefer women who are natural and not enhanced with silicone.

Bad. In the first place, they go bad after about 15 years and will need to be replaced or removed. In either case, when they go, so does someone what you already had before getting them leaving you even smaller than when you started. Secondly, there ARE ways to just make them grow! I know of a GUY that grew his to at least H cups! If he can do it, so can you!! Thirdly, if someone can ONLY like you because you have bigger tits, they really aren't worth your time or trouble! If you really are going to do this don't skimp on this. Know the difference between under the muscle and over the muscle implant. Do not have them make any cuts on your tits. The implant should either be delivered up through the belly button or an incision is made in the arm pit. Go for the former, not the latter. Also, don't make the mistake of going super large tits or anything of the like. If you are B, then at most a D is the highest you want to go. Best option is just go up to a C. You still want to look natural, you don't want to look like someone glue some basketballs on to your chest.

Ask your doctor, in my opinion surgery is always a bad idea as is it dangerous for the health and can give complications, infection... but ask your doctor, if you're a small B though I doubt you can get bigger than 34C though as if it it'll stretch your skin too much. Also depend if your skin is rather dry or more hydrated. The drier is it the less big you'll be able to get becuase if you get too big then your skin will break.
