If you know the people around you are stuck in rigid gender roles, then get the pedicures sure, but maybe don't tell anyone else about it if you know for a fact they'll make fun of you.

Joking aside, men tend to go for spa's and pedicures more than women. They don't go just for the sex. They actually do go for the spa and pedicures. The skin is the bodies largest organ - you need to look after it properly.
